What is EN ISO 9001: 2015
EN ISO 9001 specifies requirements for a quality management system of an organization that:
a) demonstrate its ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer requirements and applicable laws and regulations
b) aims to increase customer satisfaction by effectively implementing the system, including processes for improving the system as well as ensuring compliance with customer and applicable legal and regulatory requirements. All requirements in this International Standard are general and intended to be applicable to any organization, regardless of its type or size or the products and services it provides.
